The extra virgin olive fruttato medio, or medium fruitiness, originates from a careful selection of olives, harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold pressed within a few hours. The varieties used are: Ogliarola, Peranzana, and Ravece.

It's flavor is a balance of bitter and spicy tones with a persistent aromatic component that makes it ideal for any dish: fish, roasts, salads, or to cook flavorful vegetables.
