This extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a careful selection of olives exclusively from Organic cultivations, harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold pressed within few hours. The varieties used are: Peranzana, Ortice, and Ravece.
Its herbal olive fruitiness and harmonious bitter and spicy flavors make it suitable for finishing plates and for cooking all types of dishes.
The batches of oil produced are certified before bottling by the accreditor CCPB in Bologna. Numerous accolades conferred.
Chemical analysis and Panel Testing results are available. Bottled at the origin.
