This extra virgin olive oil fruttato intenso, or of intense fruitiness, is obtained from olive cultivations certified in the DOP geographic area Irpinia Colline Dell'Ufita, harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold pressed within few hours.
The varieties used are: 85% Ravece and 15% Ogliarola.
The intense fruitiness with hints of green tomato, grass, leaf, and artichoke along with persistent notes of bitterness and spice is recommended to be used by connoisseurs.
The batches of oil produced are certified by the control organization AGROQUALITÁ before bottling. Numerous accolades conferred.
