The extra virgin olive fruttato intenso, or strong fruitiness, originates from a careful selection of olives, harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold pressed within a few hours. The varieties used are: Ortice and Ravece.
Its bold flavor with persistent bitter and spicy tones along with notes of artichoke and tomato makes it appropriate for a finishing drizzle on first courses, meats, and uncooked or cooked vegetables. Chemical analysis and Panel Testing results are available.
